dc.description	This paper is a review of the main theoretical trends related to land rent. The importance of this synthesis lies in the centrality of land resources has taken in the context of changes in Latin American agriculture, and the reactivaction of the land market on the continent. The validity, light and shadow of five theoretical perspectives on land and rent (physiocracy, Adam Smith, David Ricardo, Karl Marx and Neo Classic), emerges as a relevant element for reflection and sociological training, in a Latin América that tries different answers of hoarding and concentration processes.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo constituye una revisión de las principales corrientes teóricas relacionadas a la renta de la tierra. La importancia de esta síntesis radica en la centralidad que el recurso tierra ha retomado en el marco de los cambios en el agro latinoamericano, y la reactivación del mercado de tierras en el continente. La vigencia, luces y sombras de cinco perspectivas teóricas sobre la tierra y la renta (fisiocracia, Adam Smith, David Ricardo, Karl Marx y Neo clásicos), emerge como un elemento relevante para la reflexión y formación sociológica, en una Latinoamérica que ensaya respuestas estatales a procesos de acaparamiento y concentración.	es-ES
