Abstract
This paper analyzes the use of artificial intelligence by courts of law. Describes two theses un this regard: The first, which suggests that the human-judge will be replacedby the robot-judge. And the second, which suggests that artificial inteligencia wil no replace the human-judge, but, at most, will be of great help to him (judge`s robot-assistant).
