| dc.description | The following text is intended to assign metaphors, from the Nietzschean notion of them, a distinctive character inside the systemic clinical practice, which would allow, either by hypothesis or images, a relationship of novelty and curiosity in consultants about their illness, obtaining help in the generation of different narratives and new stories about themselves in a context playfully created. In addition, other Nietzschean ideas are related to thinking a clinical context in which the metaphor of transformation and the ability to play are taken seriously. | dc.description | El siguiente texto tiene por propósito asignarles a las metáforas, a partir de la noción nietzscheana de ellas, un carácter distintivo al interior de la práctica clínica sistémica, las cuales permitirían, ya sea mediante hipótesis o imágenes, una relación de novedad y curiosidad en los consultantes respecto de su padecimiento, logrando así contribuir en la generación de narraciones diferentes y nuevos relatos sobre sí mismos en un contexto lúdicamente creado. Además, otra de las ideas nietzscheanas se relaciona con pensar un contexto clínico en el cual la metáfora de la transformación y la capacidad de jugar sean tomadas en serio.
