| dc.description | The present work analyzes and interprets the sense of the poem “The death in Beverly Hills written by Pere Gimferrer. The study starts by supposing that poetry constitutes a ludic mechanism which has both a communicative and cognitive function. Our hy- pothesis is basically supported by Gadamer’s theory of the game, and it is complemented by the contribution of some other authors such as Alfonso López Quintás, Rafael Núñez, Iber Verdugo, to name a few. | en-US |

Dicho estudio parte del supuesto de que la poesía constituye un mecanismo lúdico que cumple una función comunicativa y de conocimiento. Nuestra hipótesis se sustenta básicamente en la teoría del juego de Gadamer y se complementa con el aporte de otros autores, como Alfonso López Quintás, Rafael Núñez, Iber Verdugo, entre otros. | es-ES |
