| dc.description | We begin our article with an approach of parricide recognizing its antecedents and the main aspects on which has been circum- scribed. Then, the diverse perspectives of the treatment of this crime are critically presented. The article reflexes on the disciplines that have approached the subjective character of this phenomenon and the difficulties they have not been able to cope with and the consequences of this difficulties. We propose psychoanalysis as a new way of approaching the subjective and structural study theoretically and practically, considering the Freudian thesis that the death of the father is the main crime founding humanity and the subject. The article attempts to analyze Freud ́s first writings that lead him to propose this thesis. | en-US |
| dc.description | Iniciamos nuestro artículo con una aproximación al concepto de parricidio reconociendo sus antecedentes y los principales aspectos sobre los cuales se ha circunscrito. Posteriormente presentamos de manera crítica las diversas perspectivas sobre el abordaje de este crimen. Se reflexiona sobre las disciplinas que han proclamado abordar el carácter subjetivo de este fenómeno y presenta- mos las dificultades que no han podido sobrellevar, así como las consecuencias provenientes de esta imposibilidad. Se plantea al psicoanálisis como una forma inédita de aproximarse al estudio subjetivo y estructural del parricidio tanto en teoría como en práctica, considerando la tesis freudiana de que “La muerte del padre” es el crimen principal que funda la humanidad y al sujeto. Se propone el análisis de los primeros escritos de Freud que lo llevan a proponer esta tesis. | es-ES |
