The work is based in Xavier Zubiri ́s Primeros Escritos (1921-1926) and focuses in the key theme of Husserl ̈s Investigaciones Lógicas, in which the topic of intentionality is introduced. It is with regards to this work of Husserl that we will evaluate the al- leged originality of Zubiri ́s work, This is due, according to him, to the problem of the judgment is closely related with the topic of truth. Thus, the concept of objectivity and existence is analised. At the same time the notion of will is alluded, according to Zubiri, a judgment it is not an act of will, that is, an assent to a judicial content or propositional, neither an act in which two objects or representations are related. For this reason the phenomenological nature of the judgment is still open. Zubiri ́s originality with regards to Husserl is patent in the assertion that the being of the predicate is intentional, whereas the being of the subject is objec- tive, for this reason, there is no place for explaining the relationship between these two elements as if they were of the same nature.Key Words: Judgment, Intentionality, Truth.El trabajo se basa en la publicación de Xavier Zubiri Primeros escritos (1921-1926) y se circunscribe al tema del juicio que es el tema clave de las Investigaciones lógicas de Husserl, en que es introducido el tema de la intencionalidad. Es con respecto a esta obra de Husserl que estimaremos la presunta originalidad del pensamiento zubiriano. Ello se debe, según él, a que el problema del juicio está íntimamente vinculado con el problema de la verdad. Así, se analiza el concepto de objetividad, de existencia. También se pone en juego la noción de voluntad, según Zubiri un juicio no es un acto de la voluntad, esto es, un asentimiento ante un con- tenido judicativo o proposicional, ni tampoco es un acto en que se relacionan dos objetos o dos representaciones. Es por esto que la pregunta por la naturaleza fenomenológica del juicio sigue en pie. La originalidad de Zubiri respecto a Husserl se manifiesta en la consideración que el ser del predicado es intencional, en cambio el ser del sujeto es objetivo, por lo que no cabe explicar una relación entre estos dos elementos como si fuesen de la misma naturaleza.
