| dc.description | Since 1980 neoliberal economists, with the enthusiastic support of the dictatorship, begun applying free deregulated-market principles to all aspects of the national life. This article analyzes, using oficial sources, the main problems that this approach has generated in the higher education system showing that, unless university education stops being seen as another market which does not need regulation, such problems will not be solved. | en-US |
