| dc.description | This paper develops elements of the philosophy of Ortega y Gasset, which contribute to the construction of the field of critical studies of subjectivity. Specifically, the paper: (i) describes some principles to delimit the field of critical studies of subjectivity; (ii) highlights negativity as a guiding principle for theoretical approaches and ontological and epistemological foundations of this new field of study; iii) reviews the notions of historical reason, interpretation and the radical importance of language as constitutive of an ontology that gives rise to ineffability, inapprehensibility, and deficiency as a negative force; and iv) identify in the notion of Orteguian authenticity some possible limits of this ontology for an appropriate critique of the field of study of subjectivity. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo desarrolla elementos de la filosofía de Ortega y Gasset que aportan al proyecto de construcción del campo de estudios críticos de la subjetividad. En específico, el trabajo: i) describe algunos principios para delimitar el campo de estudios críticos de la subjetividad; ii) releva la negatividad como un principio orientador para los enfoques teóricos y los fundamentos ontológicos y epistemológicos de este nuevo campo de estudios; iii) revisa las nociones de razón histórica, interpretación y la importancia radical del lenguaje como constitutivos de una ontología que da lugar a la inefabilidad, la inaprensibilidad y la deficiencia como fuerza negativa; y iv) identifica en la noción de autenticidad orteguiana algunos posibles límites de esta ontología para una crítica apropiada al campo de estudios de la subjetividad. | es-ES |
