Abstract
We sought to answer how the territory affects the labor trajectories of social workers graduated between 2004 and 2006 from a university of the central zone of Chile, considering social characteristics of origin, educational trajectory, and career path. Through a mixed methodology (descriptive analysis of census data base and qualitative analysis of ten semi-structured interviews), we found that the territory contributes to configure inequalities in the trajectories analyzed.
