This article aims to generate reflections regarding the Social Expert duty on the basis of preliminary results arisen from a thesis project, in which its construction and foundation are addressed in the framework of the new legislative logic on which it locates and spreads out as an emerging field of professional performance in Chile, where, as we know, the accusatory character set up together with the Judicial Reform democratize the criterion of “True” through new ways of producing, presenting and defending evidence. | es-ES |
