| dc.description | Teniendo como referente teórico la corriente del interaccionismo simbólico, el artículo se adentra conceptualmente en el estado del arte de tres tópicos fundamentales: derechos universales, políticas públicas y envejecimiento, construyendo el problema central de investigación sobre la base de enlazar teóricamente estos tres signos y su manifestación en la Delegación simbólicamente más excluida del Distrito Federal de México: Iztapalapa.
