| dc.description | La Justicia Transicional y Justicia Restaurativa, se plantean como alternativas para la resolución de conflictos en sociedades posguerra. En Chile y tras 22 años finalizado el régimen militar ¿Se habrá producido un proceso de reconciliación entre las víctimas de violaciones a los Derechos Humanzos entre 1973 y 1990, y las Fuerzas Armadas? En este contexto, se plantea dilucidar los avances en esta materia, así como la pertinencia de estos modelos en los conflictos cívico-militares generados con el Golpe Militar.
