| dc.description | The article investigates institutional treatment, the state and the exercise of violence. The violence instituted by the State is analyzed (reviewing its various forms from the modern to the neoliberal) under the idea of community property, progress, laws and a system of law believed to be fair. The violence of law is questioned to consider it under another time, another policy and another institutional framework capable of stressing state forms. The article concludes with a reflection on whether it is possible to be just when instituting a social intervention only from knowledge and law. | en-US |
| dc.description | Se indaga en el tratamiento institucional, lo estatal y el ejercicio de la violencia. Se analiza la violencia instituida por el Estado (sobrevolando sus diversas formas desde lo moderno hasta lo neoliberal) bajo la idea de una comunidad de propiedad, progreso, leyes y sistema de derecho que creen ser justos. Al volver sobre la justicia se cuestiona la violencia del derecho para pensarla bajo otro tiempo, otra política y la necesidad de otro entramado institucional que pueda tensionar las formas estatales. Ahí, en un desmarque de la violencia en que cae lo institucional/estatal se reflexiona si se puede ser justo cuando instituimos una intervención solo desde el saber y el derecho. | es-ES |
