dc.descriptionThere are characterizations of the geohistorical process of urban space production limited by the importation of uncritical concepts such as the political regimes of Fordism and post-Fordism (Harvey, 1989; Beuf, 2016). This paper aims to explore the category of urban regimes in the residential structuring and restructuring of downtown Bogotá. To this end, the inquiry will focus on Decree 492 of 2007, which adopts the Strategic Operation of Downtown Bogota, Zonal Plan of Downtown Bogota, which installs an agenda of socio-spatial recompositing in the center and is understood as a space of constant structuring. Based on a mixed working methodology, the study seeks the composition of the urban regimes of developmentalism and the peripheral neoliberal period in the central areas. Finally, it is concluded that the restructuring within the framework of the peripheral neoliberal regime has been intense in the construction of new residential areas. However, after ten years of its implementation in the center, it has not been able to solve problems such as the habitability of this area.en-US
dc.descriptionExisten caracterizaciones del proceso geohistórico de la producción de espacio urbano limitadas por la importación de conceptos acríticos como lo son los regímenes políticos del fordismo y postfordismo (Harvey, 1989; Beuf, 2016). El presente trabajo tiene por fin explorar la categoría de regímenes urbanos en la estructuración y reestructuración residencial del centro de Bogotá. Para ello, la indagación se centrará en el Decreto 492 de 2007 el cual adopta la Operación Estratégica del Centro de Bogotá, Plan Zonal del Centro de Bogotá, la cual instala una agenda de recomposición socioespacial en el centro y se entiende como un espacio de estructuración constante. A partir de una metodología de trabajo mixta, el estudio busca la composición de los regímenes urbanos del desarrollismo y el periodo neoliberal periférico en las áreas centrales. Finalmente, se concluye que la reestructuración en el marco del régimen neoliberal periférico intensificó la producción de nuevas áreas residenciales, sin embargo, tras diez años de su ejecución en el centro, no ha logrado resolver problemas como la habitabilidad de esta zona.es-ES
