dc.descriptionOtfried Hoffe stated in 1983 that Kant was not a mentor and guide of the present, and that he did not coincide with the consciousness of our time any more. In this article we discuss this opinion with the presentation of the Kantian presence in contemporary philosophy through its influence on theoretical and practica/ philosophy and on philosophical anthropology. 1ñe conclusion we reach is that no other modern phi/osopher is more embedded in contemporary philosophy in ali its orientations than Kant.es-ES
