| dc.description | This study examines the degree to which the learning of the skill called Empathic Acuity is facilitated based on the value agreement or disagreement that the trained subjects show with empathy. An experimental design of two contrasting groups of university students was used, which were evaluated and compared before and after a didactic-experiential training of empathic acuity. The evidence obtained supports the hypothesis that the development of the trained skill is facilitated when there are values consistent with empathy, especially in those subjects who start training at low levels of the scale created by CII. | dc.description | El presente estudio examina el grado en que el aprendizaje de la habilidad denominada Agudeza Empática se facilita en función de la concordancia o discordancia valórica que los sujetos entrenados muestren con la empatía. Se utilizó un diseño experimental de dos grupos contrastantes de estudiantes universitarios, los cuales fueron evaluados y comparados antes y después de un entrenamiento didáctico - experiencial de la agudeza empática. La evidencia obtenida apoya la hipótesis que indica que el desarrollo de la habilidad entrenada se ve facilitado cuando existen valores concordantes con la empatía, especialmente en aquellos sujetos que inician el entrenamiento en los niveles bajos de la escala creada por CII.
