dc.descriptionThis article explores the regulatory problems presented by addressing State intervention with children who commit acts of crime, under the age of fourteen, i.e. outside the framework governed by the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility Act. They also address the problems of guilt and danger under the age of fourteen, and the justification for state intervention in children under the age of fourteen, in cases of serious events.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo explora los problemas normativos que presenta el abordaje de la intervención del Estado con niños y niñas que cometen hechos que revisten caracteres de delito, bajo los catorce años de edad, es decir, fuera del marco que regula la Ley de Responsabilidad Penal de los Adolescentes. Igualmente, se abor­dan los problemas de culpabilidad y peligrosidad bajo esta edad, y la justificación de la intervención estatal en niños y niñas menores de catorce años, en casos de hechos graves.es-ES
