dc.descriptionIn the historical and theological literature about the Second Vatican Council there are abundant references to the Chilean episcopate participation. The present theological study, taking into consideration the recorded Chilean interventions inside of the Acta Synodalia, seeks to note those that had more significant relationship with the doctrine on bishops. In this sense, not only is the material relevant to the constitution on the Church, but also other schemes, such as the one about missionary activity and that concerning the pastoral office of bishops. The Chilean suggestions that had some degree of participation in the established text are also presented, through the comparison of schemes in their various stages and the respective commission relatio. The results are exposed in three main areas: fullness of the sacrament of Orders; own faculties, not granted; and Episcopal Collegiality inside the mission of the Church and new structures.en-US
dc.descriptionEn la literatura histórica y teológica sobre el Concilio Vaticano II se encuentran abundantes referencias a la participación del episcopado chileno. El presente estudio teológico, tomando en cuenta las intervenciones chilenas registradas de los Acta Synodalia, busca sacar a la luz aquellas que tuvieron una relación más significativa con la doctrina sobre los obispos. En este sentido, no solamente es relevante aquel material respecto de la constitución sobre la Iglesia, sino también respecto a otros esquemas, como aquel acerca de la actividad misionera y el que trató el oficio pastoral de los obispos. Se señalan también las sugerencias chilenas que tuvieron algún grado de participación en el texto fijado, a través de la comparación de esquemas en sus diversas etapas y las relatio de las comisiones. Los resultados son expuestos en tres áreas principales: plenitud del sacramento del Orden; facultades propias, no concedidas; y la Colegialidad episcopal en la misión de la Iglesia.es-ES
