dc.description	This article examines and criticizes the limitations of Axel Honneth’s struggle for recognition concerning the question of power. We propose Emmanuel Lévinas’s social philosophy represents a deeper reflection on power, providing answers to overcome the objections imputed to Honneth. However, a partial reading of Levinas’s work prevents Honneth from capitalizing on an overcoming of the agonal critique of his work.	en-US
dc.description	El propósito del presente artículo es examinar y criticar las limitaciones que presenta la lucha por el reconocimiento de Axel Honneth frente a la cuestión del poder. El objetivo es enseguida postular que la filosofía social de Emmanuel Lévinas representa una reflexión más profunda del poder que podría suministrar las claves de superación a las objeciones que se imputan a Honneth. Sin embargo, una lectura parcial de la obra de levinasiana le impide a Honneth capitalizar una superación de la crítica agonal que se hace de su obra.	es-ES
