The objective of the research was to describe the situation of sexual harassment and bullying of the student community at the Autonomous University of Campeche in order to generate a proposal for prevention, care and punishment. For which the questionnaire “Harassment and sexual harassment in my educational center” (Evangelista, 2017) was used, which obtained a Cronbach’s alpha of .780. The application was made using the “Google Forms” tool. The sample was 722 students from the same university. Differences were found in the experiences of bullying and sexual harassment between men and women, which reported a higher percentage. Regarding the person who exercises sexual harassment or school bullying, men, teachers and colleagues stand out mainly. Bullying and sexual harassment occurred mostly at mild levels, although there are moderate cases and very few serious ones. Many of the people who report experiencing these behaviors mention going to friends and a high percentage mention not going to anyone to report the situation, the main reasons being fear, shame or not considering the event as something important.El objetivo de la investigación fue describir la situación de acoso y hostigamiento sexual de la comunidad estudiantil en la Universidad Autónoma de Campeche. Para lo cual se utilizó el cuestionario “Acoso y hostigamiento sexual en mi centro educativo” (Evangelista, 2017), el cual obtuvo un alfa de Cronbach de .780. La aplicación se realizó mediante la herramienta “Formularios de Google”. La muestra fue de 722 estudiantes de la misma universidad. Se encontraron diferencias en las vivencias de acoso y hostigamiento sexual entre hombres y mujeres, siendo estas últimas quienes reportan un porcentaje más elevado. Respecto la persona quien ejerce acoso u hostigamiento sexual, resaltan principalmente hombres, profesores y compañeros. El acoso y hostigamiento sexual se presentó en su mayoría en niveles leves, aunque existen casos moderados y muy pocos graves. Muchas de las personas que refieren experimentar estas conductas mencionan acudir a amistades y un porcentaje alto menciona no acudir a nadie para reportar la situación, siendo las principales razones: miedo, vergüenza o el no considerar el evento como algo importante.
