dc.descriptionThe present article engages the Chilean experience since the Chilean protests (Estallido Social) to the COVID-19 pandemic in the period of 2019 to 2020, from the lecture of Bio-Psychopolitics that are established as population control strategies and subjectivity, extended to the virtuality in the actual context of the crisis of the neoliberal Chilean policies and its responses to the crisis. The analysis addresses four processes of particular value during the period of the crisis, the first referred to the States of Exception for the Chilean reality in the context of the estallido social and its extension to the pandemic of COVID-19. A second analysis sets upon the Biopolitics linked to the processes of health/sickness/attention as a neoliberal construction of health, including mental health. The third level addresses the implications of virtuality as a new territory of Psychopolitic subjectivation, ending with the addressing of the place of exclusion of the community during the pandemic of COVID-19.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo aborda la experiencia chilena desde el estallido social a la pandemia COVID-19 en el periodo 2019 y 2020, desde la lectura de las Bio-Psicopolíticas que se instalan como estrategias de control de la población y de la subjetividad, extendidas hacia la virtualidad en el actual contexto de crisis del Estado chileno de corte neoliberal y sus respuestas ante las crisis. El análisis aborda cuatro procesos de particular importancia durante el periodo de crisis, el primero referido a los Estados de Excepción para la realidad chilena en el contexto del estallido social y su extensión a la pandemia COVID-19. Un segundo análisis se desarrolla sobre las Biopolíticas vinculadas a los procesos de salud/enfermedad/atención como una construcción neoliberal de la salud, incluida la salud mental. El tercer nivel aborda las implicancias de la virtualidad como nuevo territorio de subjetivación psicopolítica.  Finalmente se aborda el lugar de la exclusión de la comunidad durante la pandemia COVID-19.es-ES
