| dc.description | This paper tries to identify how the political and legal system dealt with the "June Days," by analyzing the processes of primary and secondary criminalization. In this way, the new protest regulations, a document of violation of Human Rights, as well as the official documents of the investigation, related to the protests in the perspective of Critical Criminology are analyzed. This essay intends to contribute in the analysis of how the political and legal system act against social movements that present a challenging response to existing circumstances. | en-US |
