| dc.description | Context: One of the biggest concerns facing the current educational system is the return to face-to-face classes. After a year crossed by the health crisis and virtual education, the reopening of school institutions is expected, a process that will require adaptation to the conditions of a post-confinement scenario. Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the perceptions that teachers have about the weaknesses that the educational system in general presents in the face of the imminent return to face-to-face classes. Method: This is a qualitative study carried out from the free opinion of teachers of different levels and modalities of education in the Province of Mendoza, Argentina. We worked with the Grounded Theory method in order to identify explanatory categories. Results: The data analysis allowed the construction of six general categories that allude to lack of resources, pedagogical disadvantages, weaknesses of the Educational System, inequality, teaching overload and risk from COVID-19. Conclusion: The results obtained can be synthesized in three aspects of the life of the professional teacher: the conditioning factors of the teaching work, the contextual factors and the personal stressors. The analysis of these aspects invites us to reflect on the reconstruction of new educational settings after social confinement and even under the risks of the pandemic. | en-US |
| dc.description | Contexto: Una de las mayores preocupaciones que afronta el sistema educativo actual es el regreso a la presencialidad. Después de un año atravesado por la crisis sanitaria y la educación virtual, se prevé la reapertura de las instituciones escolares, proceso que demandará una adaptación a los condicionantes de un escenario de posconfinamiento. Objetivo: Este estudio tuvo como objetivo indagar sobre las percepciones que tienen los docentes acerca de las debilidades que presenta el sistema educativo en general frente al inminente regreso a la presencialidad. Método: Se trata de un estudio cualitativo efectuado a partir de la opinión libre de docentes de distintos niveles y modalidades de educación de la Provincia de Mendoza, Argentina. Se trabajó con el método de Teoría Fundamentada a fin de identificar categorías explicativas. Resultados: El análisis de los datos permitió la construcción de seis categorías generales que aluden a la falta de recursos, las desventajas pedagógicas, las debilidades del Sistema Educativo, la desigualdad, la sobrecarga docente y el riesgo por COVID-19. Conclusión: Los resultados obtenidos se pueden sintetizar en tres aspectos propios de la vida del profesional de la educación: los condicionantes de la labor docente, los factores contextuales y los estresores personales. El análisis de estos aspectos invita a reflexionar sobre la reconstrucción de nuevos escenarios educativos luego del confinamiento social y aún bajo los riesgos de la pandemia. | es-ES |
