dc.description	The thesis of this work is that, decriminalization of abortion, either for the whole pregnancy or under a term, should be considered constitutional according to the Constitutional Court’s ruling from 2017. Such ruling establishes three principles that justify this paper’s thesis: 1. Abortion is not forbidden by the Constitution and the legislature is authorized to decriminalize it. 2. The unborn is not a person and thus, it does not have a right to life. 3. The woman has a right to a voluntary motherhood. The same conclusion should be drawn from the text approved by the Constitutional Convention.	en-US
dc.description	La tesis de este trabajo es que la despenalización del aborto, sea durante todo el embarazo o conforme un plazo, debe estimarse compatible con la Constitución, según la doctrina establecida por el Tribunal Constitucional en el fallo del 2017. Dicha jurisprudencia establece básicamente tres principios que sustentan la tesis del artículo: 1. La Constitución no prohíbe el aborto y el legislador puede despenalizarlo. 2. El nasciturus no es persona y no tiene derecho a la vida. 3. La mujer tiene derecho a que la maternidad sea voluntaria. La misma conclusión cabría sacar respecto del texto aprobado por la Convención Constitucional.	es-ES
