The paper describes the existing anomalies in the treatment of special knowledge, the error on the objective assumptions of a cause of justification, deliberate ignorance, and the graduation of guilt and, based on them, presents a defense of individualizing criteria to establish criminal liability against the application of imputation rules based exclusively on “objective” or “normative” considerations. This is based on the principle of culpability and the Aristotelian distinctions between the involuntary, the voluntary (intentional and non-intentional), the non-involuntary due to responsible ignorance (deliberate or negligent) and the non-voluntary and indifferent, which make it possible to make the freedom-responsibility synallagma operative and overcome the anomalies described in a coherent manner.  El trabajo describe las anomalías existentes en el tratamiento de los conocimientos especiales, el error sobre los presupuestos objetivos de una causal de justificación, la ignorancia deliberada y la graduación de la culpabilidad y, a partir de ellas, presenta una defensa de los criterios individualizadores para establecer la responsabilidad penal frente a la aplicación de reglas de imputación basadas exclusivamente en consideraciones “objetivas” o “normativas”. Ello se fundamenta en el principio de culpabilidad y las distinciones aristotélicas entre lo involuntario, lo voluntario (intencional y no intencional), lo no involuntario por ignorancia responsable (deli­berada o negligente) y lo no voluntario e indiferente, que permiten hacer operativo el sinalagma libertad-responsabilidad y superar de manera coherente las anomalías descritas.
