| dc.description | Los resultados obtenidos en el presente trabajo son en base de un estudio empírico, destinado a ampliar el alcance de la investigación tradicional sobre el impacto del trabajo remoto en los empleados, teniendo en cuenta algunas nociones específicas acerca del papel de las personas. Detrás de la estructura de este estudio, yace la idea de que trabajar de forma remota ha beneficiado a la humanidad, considerando que existen personas que no concuerdan con dicho beneficio, es importante analizar ambas posturas. Al final se podrá ver como resultado que las opiniones respecto al trabajo remoto están muy divididas, de acuerdo con las circunstancias de vida de cada persona, así como de su forma de ser y de pensar. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The results obtained in this work are based on an empirical study, intended to broaden the scope of traditional research about the impact of remote work on employees, considering specific concepts in the role of the people. Behind the structure of this study, the idea grows that working remotely has benefited humanity, considering that there are people who do not agree with said benefit, for this reason it is important to analyze both postures. In the end, it will be possible to see as a result that opinions regarding remote work are very divided, according to the life circumstances of each person, as well as their way of being and thinking. | en-US |
