A review of the guidelines in the International Conferences on Adult Education (CONFINTEAS) and its connection with the Argentine educational policy, 1949-2009

dc.descriptionUNESCO has celebrated for more than fifty years the International Conference on Adult Education, also known as CONFINTEAS. Since 1949, between ten- and thirteen-years interval, the conferences express the “concerns” that have been on the world agenda in the adult education. This article analyzes the changes in the integration of the non-governmental sector with the statal sector and the new role of the non-governmental sector. Points of connection with the policies implemented in Argentina are also suggested.en-US
dc.descriptionLa UNESCO celebra desde hace más de cincuenta años, las llamadas “Conferencias Internacionales de Educación Para Adultos”, también conocidas como CONFINTEAS. Con un intervalo de entre diez y trece años, las conferencias son el lugar de expresión de las “preocupaciones” que se trazan en la agenda mundial en materia de educación de adultos desde 1949. Este artículo se focaliza en los cambios en las formas de integración del sector no gubernamental con el sector estatal, adquiriendo el primero un nuevo peso. También se sugieren puntos de conexión con las políticas implementadas en Argentina.es-ES
