| dc.description | We seek to build up a scriptural concept of image, based on Derridean notion ofspacing and its relationships with those of arche-writing and trace. In order to do so, we will point out that Derrida’s philosophy, as well as it is not limited to linguistic matters, can also be applied to the dimension of visual experience, without overcoming the immanence of its specific structure. After deepening in the epistemological function of spacing in the multiple fields of experience, we will apply this constitutive multidimensionality to the dimension of artistic images, especially from the work of Jackson Pollock. As a visual modulation of Derridean spacing, Pollockian dripping will provide useful elements to highlight theoperativeness –both scriptural and non-verbal– of the image in the visual arts. | en-US |
| dc.description | Nos proponemos destacar la operatividad escritural de la imagen, a partir de la noción derrideana de espaciamiento y de sus articulaciones con las de archi-escritura y de huella. En aras de ello, apuntaremos a que la filosofía de Derrida, así como no está limitada a asuntos lingüísticos, puede además aplicarse a la dimensión de la experiencia visual, sin trascender la inmanencia diferencial de su estructura específica. Después de profundizar en la función epistemológica del espaciamiento en los múltiples ámbitos de la experiencia, aplicaremos esta pluridimensionalidad constitutiva al terreno de las imágenes artísticas, especialmente, a partir de la obra de Jacskon Pollock. En calidad de modulación visual del espaciamiento en Derrida, el Dripping pollockiano proporcionará útiles elementos para resaltar la operatividad –a la vez escritural y no-verbal– de la imagen en las artes visuales. | es-ES |
