dc.descriptionThe present article describes the experience and development of the work using the Methodological Portfolio Communication, Iniciative, Autonomy and Situation Management (henceforth we will call it CIAM). This experiencie is based on the need to generate evidence with the use of this instrument and make this application visible from the evaluation and analysis, planning, execution and results in a population in a specific context.This portfolio was executed in a Therapeutic Community in Santiago de Chile, in the months of September to December of the year 2021.About the main results, it is possible to investigate an increase in the scores of the entrance and exit assessments of each competency addressed, in addition to glimpsing difficulties during the application of the tool in the chosen context.Finally, we reflect on the need to create and share this type of experience that contributes to social integration in people who are recovering from problematic substance use, also considering the social culture, educational and labor characteristics of each individual population and context.en-US
dc.descriptionEl presente artículo describe la experiencia y el desarrollo del trabajo, utilizando el Portafolio Metodológico Comunicación, Iniciativa, Autonomía y Manejo de Situaciones (en adelante CIAM). Esta experiencia se lleva a cabo a partir de la necesidad de generar evidencia con el uso de este instrumento y visibilizar la aplicación, desde la evaluación y análisis, planificación, ejecución y resultados, en una población y contexto específico. Este portafolio se ejecutó en una Comunidad Terapéutica Residencial en Santiago de Chile, entre los meses de septiembre a diciembre del año 2021. En cuanto a los principales resultados obtenidos, se logra pesquisar un aumento en los puntajes de las evaluaciones de entrada y salida de cada competencia abordada, además de vislumbrar dificultades durante la aplicación de la herramienta en el contexto escogido. Por último, se reflexiona frente a la necesidad de crear y compartir este tipo de experiencias que permitan aportar a la integración social en personas que se encuentran en recuperación por un consumo problemático de sustancias, considerando, además las características socioculturales, formativas y laborales propias de cada población y contexto.es-ES
