dc.descriptionContemporary migrations  are an imperative element in the training of professionals in legal and social sciences given the growing presence of international mobility in recent decades for economic, political,  social,  or environmental reasons. This  puts  pressure on disciplinary boundaries  because  is a phenomenon  of a complex nature, whose research requires the articulation  of knowledge  and methodologies from different areas. In this study, we propose a dialogue between law, history, and sociology to emphasize the ideas of migrants and refugees, free movement, and liberal equality to understand migration, all elements elaborated from a formative experience within the framework of an interdisciplinary research project. We conclude  on the importance  of training in migration, and the transdisciplinary horizon needed to approach this field.en-US
dc.descriptionLas migraciones contemporáneas son un elemento imperativo en la formación de profesionales de ciencias jurídicas y sociales, dada la creciente presencia de movilidades internacionales en las últimas décadas, por causas económicas, políticas, sociales o ambientales. Esto tensiona las fronteras disciplinares: es un fenómeno de naturaleza compleja, para cuya investigación se deben articular saberes y metodologías de distintas áreas. Proponemos un diálogo entre derecho, historia y sociología para tensionar las ideas del migrante y refugiado, la libre circulación y la igualdad liberal para comprender a la migración, elementos que fueron articulados desde una experiencia formativa en el marco de un proyecto de investigación interdisciplinar. Se concluye en torno a la importancia de la formación en migraciones y en el horizonte transdisciplinar al que este campo nos empuja.es-ES
