dc.description	Paraná River periodically floods that affects the populations near the river. In the coastal islet of Santa Fe province there are towns that have suffered different floods; for which the territory managers implemented structural and non-structural measures in order to reduce such effects. In this work, it is proposed to analyze the territorial intervention carried out in a section of the coastal islet from the year 1900 to the present. Background information was collected from national, provincial and local institutions, which was organized according to the theme (floods, rainfall, territorial occupation, communication routes and embankments, administrative and legal actions) and at temporal level, in order to facilitate the analysis. The first structural measures were the communication routes (1888) and then the embankments (1956). The non-structural measures about risk and land use planning were implemented since 1977 and have increased in the last 20 years. As a conclusion, it can be deduced that the territory management measures were carried out after the floods produced, so it is inferred that the action falls within the corrective and reactive management.	en-US
dc.description	El río Paraná presenta inundaciones en forma periódica que afectan a las poblaciones próximas a este curso de agua. En el albardón costero de la provincia de Santa Fe se ubican localidades que han sufrido diferentes inundaciones; por lo cual los gestores del territorio implementaron medidas estructurales y no estructurales al fin de reducir dichas afectaciones. En este trabajo se propuso analizar la intervención territorial realizada en un tramo del albardón costero desde el año 1900 hasta el 2020. Se recopiló información antecedente en instituciones nacionales, provinciales y locales, que fue organizada de acuerdo a la temática (crecidas, precipitaciones, ocupación territorial, vías de comunicación y terraplenes de defensa, acciones administrativas y legales) y a nivel temporal, con el objeto de facilitar el análisis. Las primeras medidas estructurales fueron las vías de comunicación (1888) y luego las defensas (1956). Las medidas no estructurales sobre riesgo y ordenamiento territorial se implementaron a partir de 1977 y se han incrementado en los últimos 20 años. Como conclusión se deduce que las medidas de gestión del territorio fueron realizadas luego de las inundaciones producidas, por lo que se infiere que la acción se encuadra en la gestión correctiva y reactiva.	es-ES
