dc.description	How did the Pacto Histórico manage to achieve government in the 2022 elections? Starting from the specialized literature, we argue that the existence of two explanations: the partisan institutionalization of the left and the economic vote against the right-wing government. Using process tracing we construct a causal path emphasizing the importance of the construction of a movementist coalition under the leadership of the Colombia Humana party-movement imbricated within the cycle of protests and the drop in presidential approval of the Centro Democrático government. However, the shift to the left in Colombia was incongruent and there is a continuous tension between established parties and new political movements within the government coalition.	en-US
dc.description	¿Cómo el Pacto Histórico logró alcanzar el gobierno en las elecciones de 2022? Partiendo de la literatura especializada, argumentamos que la existencia de dos explicaciones: la institucionalización partidaria de la izquierda y el voto económico frente al gobierno de derecha. Utilizando el rastreo de procesos construimos un camino causal enfatizando en la importancia de la construcción de una coalición movimentista bajo el liderazgo del partido-movimiento Colombia Humana imbricado dentro del ciclo de protestas y la caída de aprobación presidencial del gobierno del Centro Democrático. Sin embargo, el giro a la izquierda en Colombia fue incongruente por lo que existe una continua tensión entre partidos establecidos y nuevos movimientos políticos al interior de la coalición de gobierno.	es-ES
