dc.descriptionWe propose to analyze the technologies of the self within the general framework of a politics of existence. It is about thinking about how the work of the subjects on themselves represents a way of turning their life into a beautiful object, into a true work of art, turning the subject into a tekhnites, an artisan, who models his life according to what beautiful and good.  We will go through the Foucaultian corpus, highlighting a certain aesthetic dimension in the subjective configuration, investigating how this conformation implies forms and modalities of the relationship with oneself, inaugurating a true culture of the self, an epimeleia heautou, which has a strong role in the Greek world. In summary, Foucault's attempt is to recover an autonomous dimension of the subject, outside of any coercive relationship, moving through a new model of subjectivation, privileging self-invention and self-determination, as forms of resistance, above technological fiction.en-US
dc.descriptionProponemos analizar las tecnologías del yo en el marco general de una política de la existencia. Se trata de pensar cómo el trabajo de los sujetos sobre sí mismos representa una forma de convertir su vida en un objeto bello, en una verdadera obra de arte, convirtiendo al sujeto en un tekhnites, en un artesano, que modela su vida conforme a lo bello y lo bueno. Recorreremos el corpus foucaultiano, relevando una cierta dimensión estética en la configuración subjetiva, indagando cómo esta conformación implica formas y modalidades de la relación con uno mismo, inaugurando una verdadera cultura de sí, una epimeleia heautou, que tiene en el mundo griego un fuerte protagonismo. En síntesis, el intento de Foucault es recuperar una dimensión autónoma del sujeto, por fuera de toda relación coactiva, transitando un nuevo modelo de subjetivación, privilegiando la auto-invención y la auto-determinación, como formas de resistencia, por encima de la ficción tecnológica.es-ES
