| dc.description | Mostramos un caso en el Hospital de Urgencia de Asistencia Pública. Paciente sin antecedentes, ingresa por trauma contuso torácico, neumotórax bilateral resuelto con pleurostomía. Al examen físico presenta enfísema subcutáneo palpebral, cervical y torácico (Imágen 1). TC muestra extenso enfisema subcutáneo sin neumotórax (Imágen 2). Se realizó incisión de 4 cm infraclavicular derecha dando salida a aire (Imágen 3), instalándose VAC subcutáneo 150 mmHg continuo durante 24 hrs logrando resolución completa (Imágen 4). | es-ES |
