dc.description	Carol Gilligan's ethics of care has been widely disseminated and is undoubtedly the best-known feminist theoretical proposal in bioethics, a discipline that since its inception has been dominated by the hegemony of masculine discourses, even when issues of interest such as the abortion, assisted reproductive technologies, etc., has rarely engaged with feminist thinking on these issues. In this work, through a bibliographical review and analysis, I will address the ethics of care and intersectionality in bioethics in terms of the structures for decision-making. The ethics of care and intersectionality must permeate traditional bioethics, since it provides elements that are rarely considered in analysis, such as context, subjectivity, and care relationships with oneself and with others. Including attention and influence on power dynamics related to context and gender, to generate a global discourse from bioethics as a basic theory for the construction of a perspective on the behavior of the human being with his environment.	en-US
dc.description	La ética del cuidado es la propuesta teórica feminista más conocida en bioética. Mediante una revisión y análisis bibliográfico abordaré la ética del cuidado e interseccionalidad, como marco para discurso bioético aplicado a las estructuras en la atención de salud y para la toma de decisiones. La ética del cuidado y la interseccionalidad otorgan elementos pocas veces considerados en el análisis bioético, como es el contexto, la subjetividad, la experiencia vivida, las relaciones de cuidado y la responsabilidad con sí misma y los otros. Estos elementos deben permear a la bioética en salud y en el actuar del ser humano con su entorno.	es-ES
