dc.description	The privilege of exemption to the residents of villages of Burgos in 1118 is presented as the suppression of a bad charter: the residents may not be forced to be the royal judge. With regard to this document, the historical-cultural context of the frontier, legal order and social reality is analyzed in order to demonstrate that the queen managed to position her jurisdiction and the law even more in the capital of Castile.	en-US

A propósito de este documento, se analiza el contexto histórico-cultural de frontera, de orden jurídico y de realidad social para llegar a demostrar que la reina logró posicionar su jurisdicción y la ley aún más en la capital de Castilla.	es-ES
