| dc.description | Este trabajo presenta los resultados una revisión del acercamiento institucional a través de perspectivas interculturales en la ejecución de tres programas en los ámbitos de salud, educación y desarrollo social en la región de La Araucanía, Chile. Se plantea, a modo de análisis de fuentes oficiales y entrevistas personales, la revisión crítica de la implementación del concepto de interculturalidad en el PESPI, PEIB e INDAP, aplicado principalmente a población mapuche en aquella región. Se concluye que en el enfoque intercultural propuesto por el Estado chileno existiría una asimetría económica, social, política y de conocimiento entre Estado y pueblos indígenas, evidenciado en políticas públicas asistencialistas y, por tanto, basadas en un interculturalismo funcional que promueve el diálogo sin problematizar sus condiciones. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This paper presents the results of a review of the institutional approach through intercultural perspectives in the execution of three programs in the fields of health, education, and social development in the region of La Araucanía, Chile. It is proposed as an analysis of official sources and personal interviews a critically review for implementation of interculturality concept in PESPI, PEIB and INDAB, applied mainly to the Mapuche population in that region. It is concluded that in the intercultural approach proposed by the Chilean State there is an economic, social, political, and knowledge asymmetry between State and the indigenous peoples, evidenced in public policies of assistance and, therefore, based on a functional interculturalism which promotes a dialogue without problematizing its conditions. | en-US |
