dc.description	A reflection is presented about the valorization of the mapuche pottery heritage. It is proposed that this valorization is generally associated with the archaeological record as if current mapuche pottery were an extinct practice. To do this, three phenomena are analyzed: the knowledge generated from archaeology, existing museographic discourses, and public policies for artisanal recovery and revitalization. The aim is to reflect on the cultural implications of ceramics beyond the objects themselves, emphasizing the social dynamics linked to technology. Far from essentialist positions, a reading is proposed that, without forgetting the historical background, considers the voices and practices of the protagonists (widüfe) as transmitters of ancestral pottery knowledge (widün) linked to local learning and generational transmission.	en-US
dc.description	Se presenta una reflexión con relación a la valorización del patrimonio alfarero mapuche. Se plantea que dicha puesta en valor se asocia generalmente con el registro arqueológico, como si la alfarería mapuche actual fuera una práctica extinta. Para ello se analizan tres fenómenos: el conocimiento generado desde la arqueología, los discursos museográficos existentes y las políticas públicas de recuperación y revitalización artesanal. Se busca reflexionar sobre las implicancias culturales de la cerámica más allá de los objetos mismos, poniendo el énfasis en las dinámicas sociales vinculadas con la tecnología. Lejos de posturas esencialistas, se propone una lectura que, sin olvidar los antecedentes históricos, tenga en cuenta las voces y las prácticas de las protagonistas (widüfe), como transmisoras del conocimiento alfarero ancestral (widün) vinculado al conocimiento local y la trasmisión generacional.	es-ES
