| dc.description | Nursing's appreciation of humanized care is a capacity of each of the nursing professionals, which has made it possible to assess patients meticulously and together with nursing knowledge to be able to use direct care under a holistic framework. Objective: To describe the perception that nursing professionals have about humanized care in patients with infectious contagious diseases at the Hospital de Infectología ¨Dr. José Daniel Rodríguez Maridueña¨. Methodology: used for the work was qualitative of a phenomenological nature, which through the instrument of interviews allowed to collect information, having as key informants 3 nursing graduates based on the daily experiences of the profession. Results: the attitude that the nursing professionals possess was identified, at the same time notoriously positive values while they impart prevention and promotion actions, likewise the perception was related according to the relationship they have with the patients, in such a way that the appreciation with respect to the sick and the search for techniques to create environments where they feel well-being at all times of their hospital instance. In turn, an approach based on Jean Watson's theory was used, demonstrating the application of humanized care by nursing directed at infectious and contagious patients. Conclusion: The nursing staff maintains positive attitudes in carrying out patient care, as well as a good perception regarding the relationship when offering care, seeking strategies to offer a dignified treatment. | en-US |
| dc.description | La apreciación de enfermería sobre los cuidados humanizados es una capacidad de cada uno de los profesionales de enfermería, lo cual ha permitido valorar a los pacientes de manera meticulosa y juntamente con el saber enfermero para poder emplear atención directa bajo un marco holístico. Objetivo: Describir la percepción que poseen los profesionales de enfermería sobre cuidados humanizados en pacientes portadores de enfermedades infecto contagiosas en el Hospital de Infectología ¨Dr. José Daniel Rodríguez Maridueña¨. Metodología: empleada para el trabajo fue cualitativa de carácter fenomenológico, la cual a través del instrumento de entrevistas permitió recolectar información, teniendo como informantes clave a 3 licenciados/as de enfermería en base a las experiencias cotidianas de la profesión. Resultados: se identificó la actitud que poseen los profesionales de enfermería, al mismo tiempo valores notoriamente positivos mientras imparten acciones de prevención y promoción, asimismo se relacionó la percepción conforme a la relación que tienen con los pacientes, de tal qué manera que se conoció la apreciación con respecto los enfermos y la búsqueda de técnicas para crear ambientes donde sientan bienestar en todo momento de su instancia hospitalaria. A su vez se empleó una aproximación en base a la teoría de Jean Watson demostrando la aplicación de cuidados humanizados por parte de enfermería dirigido en pacientes infecto contagiosos. Conclusión: El personal de enfermería mantiene actitudes positivas en la realización del cuidado del paciente, así como una buena percepción en cuanto a la relación al ofrecer los cuidados, buscando estrategias para ofrecer un trato digno. | es-ES |
