dc.description	The article highlights the importance of conducting a review on the factors contributing to stress in white-collar personnel in Latin America. According to recent studies, economic factors such as job insecurity and low wages are the most relevant. Another study highlights the importance of work overload and lack of autonomy. The review is important in order to better understand the problem, identify gaps and future research needs, and provide valuable information for decision-making and intervention.	en-US
