| dc.description | Patient safety in hospital environments is essential to ensure safe and effective medical care. A review article on this topic is important as it allows for the collection and analysis of existing research on a specific topic, in order to provide a more complete understanding of the current state of knowledge in the field. According to a study published in Scopus in 2020, patient safety is a priority in medical care and is considered a fundamental right of the patient. Another study published in 2019 found that the implementation of patient safety programs in hospitals can significantly reduce the rate of adverse events. In conclusion, the studies suggest that research on patient safety is essential to identify risk factors and develop interventions to reduce the occurrence of adverse events in hospital environments. | en-US |

Un artículo de revisión sobre este tema es importante ya que permite recopilar y analizar la investigación existente sobre un tema específico, con el fin de proporcionar una comprensión más completa del estado actual del conocimiento en la materia. Según un estudio publicado en Scopus en 2020, la seguridad del paciente es una prioridad en la atención médica y se considera un derecho fundamental del paciente. Otro estudio publicado en 2019 encontró que la implementación de programas de seguridad del paciente en los hospitales puede reducir significativamente la tasa de eventos adversos.
