dc.description	The purpose of this article is to question the traditional thesis of the "common plan" or “agreement” according to which criminal co-perpetration requires an agreement, common plan or joint decision. To this end, this conception is analyzed and then contrasted with the criticisms that have been raised by several authors. Having stated the above, this issue is analyzed from the perspective of the theory of collective intentionality in order to establish the criterion that would satisfactorily differentiate those collective actions that characterize co-perpetration. Finally, the application of the above is analyzed with regard to chilean legislation and two cases resolved by the courts of the same country.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo tiene por objeto cuestionar la tesis tradicional según la cual la coautoría requiere un acuerdo, plan o decisión conjunta para su imputación. Para ello se analiza esta concepción, para luego contrastarla con las críticas que se han ido planteando en base a la doctrina. Expuesto lo anterior, se analiza esta temática desde la perspectiva de la teoría de la acción desarrollada por la filosofía analítica anglosajona, para determinar cuál es el criterio que permitiría satisfactoriamente diferenciar aquellas acciones colectivas que caracterizan a la imputación por coautoría. Finalmente, se analiza la aplicación de lo señalado de cara a la legislación chilena y a dos casos resueltos por los tribunales del mismo país.	es-ES
