| dc.description | The pedagogical practices deployed in rural contexts have faced multiple obstacles and challenges as a result of the pandemic, revealing the need for a potentially generative teaching task that contributes to the development of their students and the revaluation of local knowledge. Objective: to characterize the potentially generative knowledge, re-flections and criteria for pedagogical action that emerge from the vital trajectories of rural teachers, regarding the functioning of the school in the context of a pandemic. Method: a qualitative approach was adopted, through a descrip-tive, exploratory and cross-sectional design. The intentional sample was made up of 12 educators with 33 years of work experience in rural schools present in the Metropolitana, La Araucanía and Los Ríos regions (Chile). For data collection, in-depth interviews were used from the narrative-generative perspective. Subsequently, the stories were subjected to content analysis, following the logic of the Grounded Theory. Results: the participants contribute a set of knowledge, reflections and pedagogical practices “in a generative key” aimed at promoting practical knowledge, strengthening the rural with historical-cultural relevance, as well as autonomy and critical reflection on the reforms schools implemented from the central level. | en-US |
| dc.description | Las prácticas pedagógicas desplegadas en contextos de ruralidad han enfrentado múltiples obstáculos y desafíos producto de la pandemia, develando la necesidad de un quehacer docente potencialmente generativo que contribuya al desarrollo de sus estudiantes y la revalorización de los saberes locales. Objetivo: caracterizar los saberes, reflexiones y criterios de acción pedagógica potencialmente generativos, que emergen a partir de las trayectorias vitales del profesorado rural, respecto al funcionamiento de la escuela en contexto de pandemia. Método: se adoptó un enfoque cualitativo, mediante un diseño descriptivo, exploratorio y transversal. La muestra de carácter intencional quedó conformada por 12 educadores con 33 años de experiencia laboral en escuelas rurales presentes en las regiones Metropolitana, La Araucanía y los Ríos (Chile). Para la recolección de los datos, se utilizaron entrevistas en profundidad desde la perspectiva narrativa-generativa. Posteriormente, los relatos fueron sometidos al análisis de contenido, siguiendo la lógica de la teoría fundamentada. Resultados: los participantes aportan un conjunto de saberes, reflexiones y prácticas pedagógicas “en clave generativa” orientada a la promoción de saberes prácticos, el fortalecimiento de lo rural con pertinencia histórica-cultural, además de la autonomía y la reflexión crítica acerca de las reformas escolares implementadas desde el nivel central. | es-ES |
