| dc.description | Este trabajo se propone examinar el fenómeno de la autoridad en vista del poder que ésta supone. En una primera sección se discuten los aspectos estructurales y generativos del tipo de poder y de relación de poder característico de la autoridad, apuntando, a título de “parte aurática”, a un plus de poder en que ésta consistiría. En la segunda sección se somete a análisis este plus a partir de un dictum de Montaigne sobre el “fundamento místico” de la autoridad de las leyes, y del comentario que le dedica Jacques Derrida. | es-ES |
| dc.description | This paper aims to examine the phenomenon of authority in view of the power it implies. The fi rst section of the paper discusses the structural and generative aspects of the kind of power and power relationship which are characteristic of authority, pointing to an advantage of power acting as “auratic part” which this relationship would consist of. The second section analyses this advantage from a pronouncement by Montaigne on the “mystical foundation” of the authority of laws, and from Jacques Derrida’s comment on it. | en-US |
