dc.descriptionThis paper reviews article 6, inc. iii of Law 10.336, a precept that prevents the Comptroller from making use of its power to interpret legal norms in cases that "by their nature are a litigious matter, or that are subject to the knowledge of the Courts of Justice". This, with the purpose of pointing out certain notes about it, that are directly related to the scope granted to the expression "litigious matter".  en-US
dc.descriptionEste trabajo efectúa una revisión del artículo 6° inciso tercero de la Ley N° 10.336, precepto que impide a Contraloría hacer uso de su potestad dictaminadora en los casos que “por su naturaleza sean propiamente de carácter litigioso, o que estén sometidos al conocimiento de los Tribunales de Justicia”. Ello, con el propósito de señalar ciertas notas a su respecto que dicen relación con el alcance otorgado a la expresión asunto litigioso.es-ES
