| dc.description | This article analyzes new transformations and their economical implica- tions in the innovation process worldwide. Furthermore, it describes the main changes to the legal regime of inventions on the framework of an employment or services con- tract. Además, se describen los principales cambios en el régimen legal de las invenciones en el marco de un contrato laboral o de prestación de servicios. Por último, se proponen fundamentos relacionados con la ordenación de las nuevas relaciones que se establecen en el derecho de invenciones cubano y el rol que desempeña en la estructuración el sistema de innovación tecnológica; específicamente, en cuanto a los principales intereses económicos del inventor y del empleador. | es-ES |
