| dc.description | The Electronic Processing Law establishes new rules about the personal data treatment in the Chilean Judiciary System, which oppose the current Law 19,628. The multiple origins of the personal data incorporated in the database of the jurisdictional entity make complex the differentiation based in the principle of finality. The new norm, in conjunction with the principle of publicity, ends in a force transfer of the ownership of personal or sensible data from the people that use the Judiciary System. | en-US |
| dc.description | La Ley de Tramitación Electrónica establece nuevas reglas para el tratamiento de datos personales en el Poder Judicial de Chile, las que se contraponen con la Ley 19.628 vigente. La multiplicidad de orígenes de los datos personales incorporados en las bases de datos del ente jurisdiccional hace compleja su diferenciación basada en el principio de finalidad. La nueva norma, en conjunto con el principio de publicidad, concluye en una cesión forzada de la titularidad de los datos personales o sensibles de las personas que usan el sistema judicial. | es-ES |
