dc.descriptionUnder the context of confinement and physical distancing, it has been possible to witness in the literature that the use of information and communication technologies have influenced occupational therapy processes, and remote intervention may be a facilitator. This article describes how the bonds of attachment between girls, boys and adolescents with difficulties in the field of mental health and the occupational therapy team of the San Borja Arriarán Clinical Hospital are affected. The following are highlighted as difficulties in the therapeutic process: the need for constant parental support, a context of privacy to be able to optimize the processes and make them meaningful, as well as the difficulties of access to technologies, connectivity and the occupational imbalance of the vulnerable families. The human rights approach is considered as a central aspect as a pillar that crosses and surrounds the daily life of the social fabric, a right that is sometimes violated when we are faced with important vulnerability situations that prevent or hinder the carrying out of an intervention and therapeutic bond of quality today, with the subject and his family.en-US
dc.descriptionBajo el contexto de confinamiento y distanciamiento físico se ha podido presenciar en la literatura que el uso de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones han influido en los procesos de terapia ocupacional, pudiendo ser un facilitador la intervención a distancia. En el presente artículo se describe cómo se ven afectados los vínculos de apego entre niñas, niños y adolescentes con dificultades en el ámbito de salud mental y el equipo de terapia ocupacional del Hospital clínico San Borja Arriarán. Se relevan como dificultades del proceso terapéutico: la necesidad de apoyo constante de los padres, un contexto de privacidad para poder optimizar los procesos y convertirlos en significativos, así como también las dificultades de acceso a las tecnologías, la conectividad y el desequilibrio ocupacional de las familias vulnerables. Se considera como aspecto central el enfoque de derechos humanos como pilar que atraviesa y envuelve la cotidianidad del entramado social, derecho que en ocasiones se encuentra quebrantado al presentarnos ante situaciones de vulnerabilidad importantes que impiden o dificultan el llevar a cabo una intervención y vínculo terapéutico de calidad en la actualidad, con el sujeto y su familia.Palabras clave: Apego a objetos, Terapia Ocupacional, Servicios en Línea, Acceso a Medicamentos Esenciales y Tecnologías Sanitarias, Aplicaciones de la informática médica.es-ES
