dc.descriptionSe analiza la inflación y su vínculo con el Derecho y el Estado. En un primer momento, se estudia la inflación como fenómeno monetario y sus efectos económicos, junto a algunas situaciones de especial relevancia jurídica en relación con el pago de obligaciones. Posteriormente, se analiza la importancia de que el Derecho y el Estado promuevan y mantengan en el tiempo la confianza en la moneda como condición necesaria para el bienestar social.es-ES
dc.descriptionInflation and its link with law and the State are analyzed. At first, inflation is studied as a monetary phenomenon and its economic effects, along with some situations of special legal relevance in relation to the payment of obligations. Subsequently, the importance of law and the State promoting and maintaining trust in currency over time as a necessary condition for social well-being is analyzed.en-US
