Poetry and philosophy are different. Nevertheless, throughout history, they have maintained a rough dialogue that has linked them. This historical dialogue is based on the existence of an essential affinity between them. Philosophy and poetry are similar in declaring truth and possessing ontological relevance. Therefore, the affinity that relates them is of an ontological/veritative character. This ontology of truth is grounded on the linguistic nature of both. The language of philosophy and poetry coincides in that, far from conforming to an alien reality, it puts itself what it says. This is how it manifests the truth, presenting the thing.La poesía y la filosofía son diferentes. No obstante, a lo largo de la historia han mantenido un áspero diálogo que las ha relacionado. Este diálogo histórico se fundamenta sobre la existencia de una cercanía esencial entre ambas. Filosofía y poesía se parecen en que declaran la verdad y poseen relevancia ontológica. Por tanto, la afinidad que las relaciona es de carácter ontológico/veritativo. Esta ontología de la verdad se funda sobre la naturaleza lingüística de ambas. El lenguaje de la filosofía y la poesía coincide en que, lejos de conformarse a una realidad ajena, pone él mismo aquello que dice. Así es como manifiesta la verdad, presentando la cosa.
